DESCRIPTION OF SITE

A flat level site with grass and hardstanding pitches, surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery. There is a licensed shop on site selling groceries/gas etc. The site also has a covered
Barbeque area, ideal for meeting up with your fellow caravanners. Glencoe village is only a five minute stroll away, the village has a filling station/shops and hotel. Glencoe has some great walks both high and low level, easy walks for all the family. Fort William is fourteen miles north of Glencoe Village, here will find all the amenities you may require, including a Tourist Information Office.
If you prefer a more peaceful day then the Corran ferry runs a frequent service to the Ardnamurchan Penisular where life changes to a more sedate pace.

FACILITIES

One building holds all the amenities this site has to offer. There is the reception area, the laundrette is situated behind the reception, which displays an information board, (keeps you occupied while the washing goes round). The toilet amenities have disabled access plus free showers, which are kept spotlessly clean. The chemical and waste water points are situated at the rear of the toilet block. The site is very busy in the summer, so if you require a pitch with electric hook-up it is advisable to book at least 3 days in advance. There is also a childrens play area on site.
